About our products

Most products we offer are hand-crafted. The quality of the end product is a priority for Paisley Pear, so it takes additional time to give your product the love and attention that you will appreciate, value, and deserve. Although we do have products in stock, it may take up to 10 days to fulfill larger orders. Please allow this time frame when you place your order.

Custom Items

We can customize any of our products (within reason) if you have a preference that is not offered as an option. We can also make customized orders for special occasions. Just contact us with your request. We'll be happy to give you a quote and create a unique piece from our collection especially for you!

Shipping

FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $50 in merchandise after applying all discounts/perks/rewards (but before shipping, and tax added).  Flat Rate Shipping via USPS of $7.95 on all orders under $100. Shipping to the continental U.S. states, excluding Alaska and Hawaii. Please contact us for a quote for shipping to Alaska and Hawaii.

 

All paid orders that are in stock are generally processed within two business days.  We do not ship weekends or holidays, so please account for non-business days when placing your order.  Weekend orders will begin shipping Monday and ship in order of time placed over the weekend.  Orders placed on Sunday could ship Monday, but quite possibly could ship later.  Tracking information will be provided for each order via the email that was used at checkout.

 

Customized items and large orders will require additional time, and you will be notified of the estimated turn around time (TAT) via email.

 

During times of SALES and HOLIDAY EVENTS and the week or two after, such as Black Friday or End of Season sales, shipping may take longer due to increased number of orders.  We also do not combine orders and refund shipping - we don't have the manpower to do this during large sale events.  

 

We are not responsible for packages once they show in the shipping system as "delivered" or left at your address. Please make sure you are shipping to a secure location.  Please contact your local Post Office for any issues with your package once marked "delivered". 

 

You are responsible for entering the correct delivery address for your package. Any returned packages will be subject to returned shipping fees that we incur from the Post Office.

 

We ship with USPS Priority Mail/First Class mail.  Most shipments take 1-5 days but can take up to 10 business days.  Credit card authorization and address verification must be received prior to shipping any order. Please note that credit card authorization can take up to 24 hours for approval.
